A non refundable deposit of £50 per party is required in order to secure your pamper date.Upon receiving your booking form we will send you a deposit invoice via email and will provisionally book you party date. Until a deposit payment is received this is only considered a preliminary booking and the date in question remains available for another party to book.. Upon receiving your deposit we will send you a further invoice for the outstanding amount due to be on the party date. Please note the only method of payment on the party date is cash.
We will also send you a treatments booking form. You are required to pre-book all treatments at least 7 days before the party date. Whilst we will always try to accommodate last minute treatments changes we would advise you to give as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.

All customer information held is used solely by Suffolk Pamper Parties and will not be shared with any third parties.
We may occasionally use your details to email you information about our special offers or new products and treatments. If you do not wish to receive such information please drop us an email and you will be removed from our mailing list.
Insurance and Liability
Our pamper party therapists are qualified, experienced, members of The Guild of Beauty Therapists and are fully covered with therapist liability insurance for your total peace of mind.
All under 16’s require full parental consent to receive treatments. Without written consent we will not be able to proceed with any treatments. A parental consent form to the birthday girls parents upon booking.
All pamper party guests are required to fill out a medical form prior to treatments. For some medical conditions treatment my have to be adapted or a suitable alternative arranged.
Our therapists have the right to refuse treatments that are contraindicated by any medical conditions.
Important Notice
Our therapists uphold strict professional and ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually-suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services. You will be liable for full payment of scheduled treatments.
